1. Introduction
By accessing and using the Identi sports website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Digital Products & Requirements
Identi sports sells digital design templates specifically created for use on the Canva platform.
- To use our products, you must have a Canva account (Free or Pro).
- Identi sports is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva.
3. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. They provide all customer service inquiries regarding payments and handle returns. They are responsible for the collection of payments, invoicing, and compliance with local tax regulations (VAT/Sales Tax).
4. Delivery of Goods
Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email from Lemon Squeezy containing the access links to your templates. Delivery is considered complete at the time the email is sent.
5. License and Intellectual Property
When you purchase a pack from Identisports, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and personal license to use the templates for one (1) sports club.
- You MAY: Use the templates to create unlimited social media posts, posters, and digital assets for your specific club.
- You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the original Canva template links with third parties or other organizations.
6. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the nature of digital products (instant access), standard cooling-off periods for withdrawals do not apply once the digital content has been accessed. However, Identisports offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@identisports.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Identisports.
